Restore the original factory settings
With the N97 mini turned off. Slide out the keyboard. Press and hold shift + space + BACKSPACE + POWER ON N97 mini
To switch on the device:
1 Press and hold the power key.
If the device asks for a PIN code or lock code, enter it, and
select OK. The preset lock code is 12345.
Reset the Nokia N97 mini device1. Switch off the device. 2. Remove the battery. 3. After a few seconds, re-insert the battery, and switch on the device.
